Bally Sports Detroit is a regional sports network available on three live TV streaming services. You can watch Bally Sports Detroit without cable on:  DIRECTV STREAM and Fubo.

Bally Sports Detroit (formerly FOX Sports Detroit) carries in-market game coverage for the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Pistons and Detroit Tigers.

My mission is to give you the most trustworthy and practical guide out there for enjoying Bally Sports Detroit without the hassle of cable.

When analyzing DIRECTV STREAM and Fubo, several factors stand out.

DIRECTV STREAM offers a more traditional TV experience with local channels and a wider selection of regional sports networks. Its Choice package at $108.99 per month provides over 105 channels, including ESPN and MLB Network, appealing to a broad range of viewers. The Ultimate and Premier packages, although pricier, add significant value with additional sports and premium channels.

Fubo, on the other hand, is a more sports-centric service. With over 182 channels in its Pro plan for $79.99 per month, it caters especially to sports fans with channels like NFL Network and NBA TV. Fubo’s inclusion of mainstream entertainment channels and the ability to stream on multiple screens simultaneously makes it a versatile option for families or shared households.

Considering the balance between cost, channel variety, and additional features, DIRECTV STREAM emerges as a comprehensive choice for those who want a broader TV experience along with sports, while Fubo stands out for dedicated sports enthusiasts who also value entertainment content.
