How to Watch Sunday Night Football in 2023

You can watch all 18 Sunday Night Football matchups along with 21 NFL regular-season games live on NBC and Peacock.

There are seven streaming services that let you watch regular season NFL games without a cable TV subscription. You can also watch Sunday Night Football games for free by using a TV antenna.

How to watch Sunday Night Football Live Without cable

Cord-cutters only need the Peacock Premium plan to watch NFL games on NBC during the 2023 season. You can sign up, pay only $5.99 per month, and cancel whenever you want.

Peacock will have two Wild Card playoff games and one Divisional playoff game. The streaming service will be the exclusive home to one regular season game during Week 16, and a third Wild Card playoff game later in the 2023 season.

If you want a broader selection of channels including ESPN, then you can subscribe to a streaming service that primarily carries live TV.

DIRECTV STREAM, Fubo (formerly fubo TV), Hulu + Live TV and YouTube TV have comprehensive channel lineups similar to a cable package. All of these services have key broadcast networks such as CBS and FOX for the 2023 regular season and NFL playoffs. 

These streaming services are more expensive, but carry other key sports channels, including NFL Network, NFL RedZone, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU, ACC Network (ACCN), Big Ten Network, CBS Sports Network, FS1, FS2, and SEC Network.

Subscribers can watch their favorite NFL matchups on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast with Google TV, Apple TV, NVIDIA Shield and Xfinity Flex.
