Free Movies Now Streaming on Plex

The Pledge, a film starring Jack Nicholson, Benicio Del Toro and Aaron Eckhart, is a crime thriller coming to Plex’s free movie lineup in August. 

Nicholson plays Reno, Nevada police detective Jerry Black. He goes into retirement believing that a serial killer targeting young girls was never caught. . His old co-workers believe the crime was solved long ago, and that Black is past his prime.

Even though he has left the department, Black is determined to catch the killer. 

He buys an old gas station near the site of where three girls were murdered. Black is on the lookout for a tall man, who drives a black station wagon. The Pledge was released in January 2001, and has maintained a middle-of-the-road rating by most viewers. 

Aside from this thriller, Plex is offering up horror flicks, comedies and dramas in August. Here is the list below.
