Antennas Direct kicks off Super Bowl LV sale

by Jim Kimble / Updated: February 2, 2021

Antennas Direct: Super Bowl LV sale runs until Sunday, Feb. 7

Antennas Direct is kicking off a Super Bowl LV sale this week with a big discount.

You can get a 25 percent discount as part of a sitewide sale at the Antennas Direct website.

By using the code LV2021, you get the discount at checkout.

Super Bowl LV is happening Sunday on CBS at 6:30 p.m. It’s one of the major sporting events of the year that you can watch for free with a TV antenna. Antennas Direct compiled a nationwide list of CBS broadcast stations using data from the Federal Communications Commission.

There is free shipping for orders over $49.99. So if you’ve been eyeing a new indoor or outdoor TV antenna, these are so far the lowest prices of the year. Last fall, Antennas Direct had a similar sale with a 20 percent discount.

AntennasDirect models generally rank among the best during my own annual testing process. You can read those reviews for the best indoor and outdoor TV antennas.

If you’re trying to figure out which TV antenna might be right for you, AntennasDirect has a tool that can help.

You can also head over to the transmitter locator tool on the AntennasDirect site and type in your zip code. The tool gives a readout of broadcast towers in your area, a channel listing and recommendations of which TV antennas should work for you.

This tool isn’t foolproof because it doesn’t take into account potential obstacles such as mountains, high-voltage power lines and building materials. But generally speaking, I have found these types of online tools pretty effective in gauging what kind of antenna works.

The sale runs until Feb. 7.
